“Nothing Serious” by Kamil Czudej, which earlier got the Jury Special Mentions at the 49th Gdynia FF 2024 and in the Blaue Blume TV competition 2025 as well as the Best Film Prize at the Czechia’s 51st Mlada Kamera FF, observes how not-that-great a party, accidentally turns into something that might change the character’s life.

Shown earlier at the prestigious festivals in Poland (Gdynia, Łódź, Sopot, and Łagów), “Such a Perfect Day” by Piotr Pluta features far reaching psychological and social consequences of a hazard addiction.

Premiered in the Documentary Short Competition of the OFF – Odense FF 2024, ”Haven” focuses on Nastya and Ira, who are staying at a temporary accommodation center for refugees from Ukraine in early 2022. The haven in Gdynia becomes not only a refuge, but also a time for reflection. It prompts them to ponder whether people are the smiths of their fate or are they subject to unpredictable events over which they have no control.
