“Penguin Habits” Receives Jan Machulski Award Nominations at the Freedom Film Festival in Radom
Jakub Poterała’s Penguin Habits has received two nominations for the Jan Machulski Awards at this year’s Freedom Film Festival in Radom. Aleksandra Kamińska was nominated for Best Cinematography, while Jaśmina Polak received a nomination for Best Actress in the Polish Short Film Competition. The festival takes place from 8–11 July in Radom.
“Blueberries” and “Penguin Habits” Selected for the Competition at the Freedom Film Festival in Radom
Marta Kowalska’s “Blueberries” and Jakub Poterała’s “Penguin Habits” have been selected for the Polish Short Film Competition of the upcoming Freedom Film Festival, which will take place in Radom from 8–11 July. Both films will be screened alongside 25 other Polish productions.
“Penguin Habits” in the Short Film Competition, and “My Dear Bag”, “Blueberries”, “Fear”, “The Color of Cherries” in the Program of the 55th Lagow Eastern and Central European FF
Jakub Poterała’s “Penguin Habits” will be presented in the Short Film Competition of this year’s jubilee 55th edition of the Lagow Eastern and Central European Film Festival to take place between June 28th – July 5th. Karolina Fronik’s “My Dear Bag”, Marta Kowalska’s “Blueberries”, Robert Zawadzki’s “Fear”, and Filip Błaszczyk’s “The Color of Cherries” will be shown as a part of the special presentation of the Gdynia Film School’s productions in the program of this one of the oldest film events in Poland.
