“Everything for My Friend” and “In Heaven and on Earth” Awarded in the Bratislava International Film Awards Competition!

Lulu Pomorova’s “Everything for My Friend” got the Best Student Film Prize, and “In Heaven and on Earth” by Yulia Yukhymets – the Best B&W Film Prize in the Bratislava International Film Awards competition. The Award ceremony will take place in the Kine Film Europe in Bratislava on June 26th.

“Everything for My Friend” and “In Heaven and on Earth” Awarded in the Bratislava International Film Awards Competition!

Presented earlier in Portugal, Finland, Mexico, Spain, and India, ”Everything for My Friend” follows a friendship of two women at a crucial point of transition between artistic school and professional life. The two friends face a choice whether to support or compete against each other.

Awarded with the Best Film Prize at the Cine Nova FF in Lisbon and shown at the festivals in India and France, ”In Heaven and on Earth” is a b&w, experimental short featuring 11-year-old Tosia and her 6-year-old brother Kajtek trying to cope with the family’s tragedy.

  • “Nothing Serious” Wins in Competition of the 51st Mlada kamera IFF in Czechia

  • Kamil Czudej’s “Nothing Serious” has been awarded with the Best Film Prize in Competition of the 51st Mlada kamera International Film Festival that took place in Unicov, Czechia, between March 21st-22nd. Featuring the films directed by young directors, the festival screened 45 fiction, documentary, and animation films, directed by directors of up to 30 years old.
