“Penguin Habits” in Competition of the 24th Beijing Student Film Festival!

Jakub Poterała’s “Penguin Habits” will be presented in Competition of the prestigious Beijing Student Film Festival, organized by the Beijing Film Academy between November 7th-14th. The festival will feature around twenty international student films.

Presented earlier in short film competition of the 50th Gdynia Film Festival, the “Penguin Habits” by Jakub Poterała focuses on a day of departure for a long scientific expedition of Emilia, a mother of Antek, who is supposed to stay behind under his grandfather care in the country. Love and responsibility for the child clashes here with ambitions and professional opportunities.

  • “Olga” Among the Winners of the Spektrum Film Festival

  • Lulu Pomorova’s “Olga” got the Documentary Prize “Kinematografek”at the 11th Spektrum FF, which took place in Polish Świdnica and Czechia Trutnov between October 21st – 26th. Spektrum FF featured 49 internationally made films by young directors in three competitive sections for fiction, documentary, and animation.
