“love_proxy” in the International Program of the 18th SiGNS FF in Kerala, India
Marcin Niemkiewicz’s “love_proxy” will be presented as a part of International Program at the forthcoming 18th SiGNS FF in Kerala taking place between February 6th – 10th.
Organized by the Federation of Film Societies of India SiGNS FF is a pioneering festival featuring digital works in the national competition for documentaries and short fiction, competing for the prestigious John Abraham National Award.
Awarded earlier in the San Francisco Science Fiction Short & TV Awards Competition and the Blaue BlumeTV Competition 2025, as well as at the 25th Sopot FF, presented among others in Miami, Brussels, Bangalore, Lyon, and Oslo – “love_proxy” by Marcin Niemkiewicz – with use of animation and live-action follows a love story in a world, in which a man, thanks to the brand-new invention of a robot doppelganger, can function in many different places at the same time.
