GSF’s Coproduction “Greetings from Sumatra” in Competition of the 25th Tribeca FF 2026!
Karolina Fronik and Marta Kowalska’s short film “Greetings from Sumatra” will be presented in the Short Film Competition of the forthcoming 25th edition of the Tribeca FF to take place between June 3rd – 14th. Founded by Robert De Niro, the festival’s jubilee edition program will feature among others 85 fiction and animated shorts from around the world.
Produced by TVN XR Studio and Gdynia Film School, “Greetings from Sumatra” directed by Karolina Fronik and Marta Kowalska shows a popular TV journalist travelling around the world to cover international conflicts. A secret, which is going to drastically change her life, is revealed during one of her live reports, shattering her routine.
