Marcin Niemkiewicz’s “love_proxy” will be presented as a part of Film Program at the forthcoming Balticon 60 – the Sci-Fi and Fantasy Convention to take place in Baltimore, USA, between May 22nd – 25th.

Awarded earlier in the San Francisco Science Fiction Short & TV Awards Competition and the Blaue Blume TV Competition 2025, as well as at the 25th Sopot FF, presented among others in Miami, Brussels, Bangalore, Lyon, Kerala, and Oslo – “love_proxy” by Marcin Niemkiewicz – with use of animation and live-action follows a love story in a world, in which a man, thanks to the brand-new invention of a robot doppelganger, can function in many different places at the same time.

  • Karolina Fronik’s “My Dear Bag” has been selected for the National Competition of the forthcoming 66th Krakow Film Festival to take place between May 31st – June 7th. The festival’s Polish Films Competition will feature 41 documentary, short, and animation films presenting “a wide spectrum of cinema formally courageous, attentive to reality, and open to risks” as organizers assert.
