“Penguin Habits” in Competition of the 24th Beijing Student Film Festival!
Jakub Poterała’s “Penguin Habits” will be presented in the Short Film Competition of the forthcoming WAMA Film Festival, held in Olsztyn, Poland, between November 7th-14th. The festival will feature twenty five Polish short films.
Presented earlier, among others, in Gdynia, Beijing, Huesca, and Rijad, the “Penguin Habits” by Jakub Poterała focuses on a day of departure for a long scientific expedition of Emilia, a mother of Antek, who is supposed to stay behind under his grandfather care in the country. Love and responsibility for the child clashes here with ambitions and professional opportunities.
