“Visiting Time” and “Freestyle” at the 17th Kamera Akcja Film Festival in Łódź.
30 of the most exciting short films from Poland and around the world have been selected for this year’s International Authors Spotlight Competition. Among them are two Gdynia Film School productions, “Freestyle” and “Visiting Time,” which will compete for awards at the 17th Kamera Akcja Film Festival in Łódź.
The 17th Kamera Akcja Film Festival kicks off in Łódź on October 22!
Four days of celebrating cinema — over 80 films, meetings with filmmakers, discussions, premieres, and independent cinema from around the world.
Kamera Akcja is a festival that goes beyond screening films. Above all, it encourages conversations about cinema, discovering new perspectives, and exploring creative approaches to filmmaking.
We are especially excited that two films from Gdynia Film School have been selected for the International Authors Spotlight Competition!
“Visiting Time” by Sebastian Szewczykowski

Authors Spotlight is a platform for emerging filmmakers, distinctive artistic voices, and bold cinematic explorations.
