“Attraction” Gets Honorable Mention in the New York Cinematography Awards Competition

Aleksandra Szczepaniak’s “Attraction” got Honorable Mention in the Student Film category of the New York Cinematography Awards competition that presented over 100 feature and short films from around the world, among others from Australia, Canada, China, Columbia, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Portugal, RPA, Switzerland, South Korea, Tunisia, Turkey, UK, USA, etc.

“Attraction” Gets Honorable Mention in the New York Cinematography Awards Competition

“Attraction” by Aleksandra Szczepaniak focuses on a few, sunny vacation days of the adolescent siblings. The film also got the Jury Mention for the Environmentally Friendly Film Production at last year’s 49th edition of the Gdynia Film Festival in Poland. “Attraction” cinematographer – Zuzanna Kernbach – has been laureate of several prestigious cinematography prizes for her earlier works, including the Golden Tadpole Award at the Camerimage FF (2013).
