Aleksandra Szczepaniak’s “Attraction” got Agatka Modrzejewska’s Award for the Best Cinematography in the International Short Film Competition of the Two Riversides Film and Art Festival, which took place in Kazimierz and Janowiec, Poland, between July 26th – August 3rd. The cinematographer – Ms Zuzanna Kernbach – was awarded by the Jury for “creating visual language equivalent to paradoxes of love: precise and wavering, airy and stuffy, sentimental and penetrating.”
Marcin Niemkiewicz’s “love_proxy” will be presented in International Competition of the forthcoming Bengaluru ISFF to be held between August 7th – 17th. “love_proxy” will be shown among 24 films from around the world.
Marcin Niemkiewicz’s “love_proxy” reached the Semi-Final of the Vortex Sci-Fi & Fantasy Competition, organized by the Flickers Rhode Island FF, whose 43rd edition takes place between August 5th – 10th. The next stages of the competition will be announced at the Vortex Horror/Sci-Fi & Fantasy Film Festival in October.
