“Blueberries” in International Short Film Competition of the 20th Two Riversides FF in Poland
Marta Kowalska’s “Blueberries” will be presented in the international short film competition programme of the forthcoming 20th Two Riversides Film Festival taking place in the picturesque Polish spa town Kazimierz Dolny between August 1st-9th. The festival will open with the Cannes IFF 2026’s Best Actor Prize winner “Coward” by Lukas Dhont.
Premiered at the 50th Gdynia FF, and presented at several influential film events in Poland and abroad, the “Blueberries” by Marta Kowalska follows an idyllic scenery of a high-end family life, which unexpectedly turns into horror forcing young Sara to choose between love and convenience on one side, and decency and ethics on the other.
