”InstaLove” Gets the Audience Prize in the Blaue Blume 2024 Competition

Marcin Niemkiewicz’s ”InstaLove” got the Audience Prize in this year’s edition of the Blaue Blume Competition for romantic films, organized by the Romance TV. The Award Gala took place in Berlin on February 14th.

”InstaLove” by Marcin Niemkiewicz shows today’s love relationship, in which Instagram plays an equal, if not more important, a role as romantic partners.

Among the fifteen short films in the competition final, there was also another Gdynia Film School’s production ”Don’t Talk to Me Like That” by Hanna Kilińska.

  • “The Mandala” and “Mom Is Coming Back” at the Washington Polish Film Festival

  • Mikołaj Janik’s “The Mandala” and “Mom Is Coming Back” will be presented in the short films competition of the Washington Polish Film Festival. Organized by the Kosciuszko Foundation festival will be held between May 10th – 12th and will screen the selection of the brand new Polish films, including seven features and eight shorts.

  • Special Mention for ”Transgression” at the Porto Femme FF

  • Presented in the Student Films Competition, Diana Szczotka ‘s ”Transgression” got Special Mention at the Porto Femme Film Festival that took place between April 16th-21st. The festival featured numerous films directed by women from around the world in nine thematic sections.
