“Resurrection” in Competition of the 64th Brno International Short Film Festival in Czechia

Luiza Budejko’s “Resurrection” will take part in the competition of the longest-running, Czech short film festival – the Brno ISFF to take place between October 18th – 22nd. “Resurrection” will be one of 33 short films from around the world being shown in the main competition of the event.

Widely presented and awarded around the world, ”Resurrection” by Luiza Budejko features a portrait of a family dealing with the death of small Marcel. 10-year-old Magda, Marcel’s sister, feels a need to help her parents overcome the tragedy and to do something that will let them all return to their life as it was before.

  • “Nothing Serious” Awarded Grand Prix of the 17th Solanin Film Festival in Poland

  • Kamil Czudej’s “Nothing Serious” got Grand Prix and the Youth Jury Prize of the 17th Solanin Film Festival held in Nowa Sól, Poland, between August 20th – 24th. The Jury awarded the film for: “a good, true story, perfect acting, and deep emotions expressed in extraordinary language. The astute title suggests serious topic, and realization was made in a spirit of the best traditions of the Polish Film School”.
