“Resurrection” in the Final of the Venezia Shorts Italy!

Luiza Budejko’s “Resurrection” got into final of the forthcoming Venezia Shorts Italy 2023 competition and will be shown twice within the program of the Virtual Event organized between April 14th-17th, and at the Live Event to be held in Casa del Cinema in Venice on May 6th-7th.

“Resurrection” in the Final of the Venezia Shorts Italy!

Currently shown within the NY New Filmmakers Program, ”Resurrection” by Luiza Budejko sketches a portrait of a family dealing with the death of small Marcel. 10-year-old Magda, Marcel’s sister, feels a need to help their parents overcome the tragedy and to do something that will let them all return to their life as it was before.

  • “Nothing Serious” Awarded Grand Prix of the 17th Solanin Film Festival in Poland

  • Kamil Czudej’s “Nothing Serious” got Grand Prix and the Youth Jury Prize of the 17th Solanin Film Festival held in Nowa Sól, Poland, between August 20th – 24th. The Jury awarded the film for: “a good, true story, perfect acting, and deep emotions expressed in extraordinary language. The astute title suggests serious topic, and realization was made in a spirit of the best traditions of the Polish Film School”.
