Presented in the festival’s competition, “Saudade” by Wojciech Pokorski in a sensitive and detailed way captures psychology of a child in confrontation with grave illness of the mother.

Luiza Budejko’s “Resurrection”, which received 15 national and international awards at the film festivals, from NY to Mumbai, sketches a portrait of a family dealing with the death of small Marcel. 10-year-old Magda, Marcel’s sister, feels a need to help their parents overcome the tragedy and to do something that will let them all return to their life as it was before.

Awarded at the Toronto Women FF and presented widely around the world, from LA to Busan, ”Sabina” – the diploma film of Diana Zamojska – features a meeting of 50-year-old Sabina with a young blue-haired girl full of life and troubles. The encounter brings about unexpected consequences for both of them.
