“The Mandala” in the Friss Hus Film Festival’s Midnight Program in Budapest!

Mikołaj Janik’s “The Mandala” will be presented in the Midnight program of the upcoming Friss Hus Short Film Festival in Budapest to be held between May 30th – June 5th. “The Mandala” will be one of the four films shown in the section widely popular among the Hungarian audiences.

Presented earlier within the NY New Filmmakers program and currently in the Polish Film Competition of the 64th Krakow Film Festival, “The Mandala” by Mikołaj Janik in a thriller convention tells a story of a mother and son struggling with a loss.

  • ”Señorita” – a short etude by Sebastian Szewczykowski – was presented in competition of the Seattle Sisters Cities Short Film Festival to take place on May 4th. Founded in 1956 by the US President Dwight D.   • ”InstaLove” to Open 12th EU Short Film Festival in Ottawa!

  • Marcin Niemkiewicz’s ”InstaLove” will open the forthcoming 12th edition of the Ottawa EU Short Film Festival to take place between May 2nd-3rd. The twenty three festival short films will be later shown across Canada, including Montreal in late May.
