Graduates of the Pomeranian Film Workshops have successfully passed entry exams to PWSFTviT – Film School in Łódź again.
Katarzyna Cyran de Hernandez, an author of the idea for films made at 8 PFW ‘Józek Goes to Heaven’ and ‘A Little Matamorphosis’ and Filip Borowik, a graduate of 6 PFW will start screenwriting studies on Directing Faculty of Film School in Łódź.
Mikołaj Janik’s “The Mandala” has been awarded with the Best Horror Prize of the Roma Short Film Fest in Rome, which ended on December 7th. The festival presented “The Mandala” among the several international competition films, produced among others in Canada, China, Ireland, Italy, South Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the US.
Yulia Yukhymets‘ ”In Heaven and on Earth” received the Main Award in the Youth Competition of the 18th ZubrOFFka Short Film Festival held in Białystok, Poland. The ZubrOFFka ISFF that took place between December 4th – 8th featured over 100 short films from around the world in eleven competitive sections.
