 The cinematographer of ‘Jeszcze nie wieczór’ and ‘Plac zbawiciela’ will carry out cinematography classes at Gdynia Film School.

Wojciech Staroń joins GSF’s team

Wojciech Staroń is a cinamatographer of feature films and many documentaries. He graduated from Polish Film Academy in Łódź (PWSFTViT). He is a member of European Film Academy.

His skills were appreciated by an international Jury of the Competition of Polish Films at XIV International Film Festival of the Art of Cinematography Camerimage 2006 by awarding a Golden Frog for the best cinematography in ‘Plac Zbawiciela’.

  • “Attraction” Awarded for the Best Cinematography at the Two Riversides Film and Art Festival in Poland

  • Aleksandra Szczepaniak’s “Attraction” got Agatka Modrzejewska’s Award for the Best Cinematography in the International Short Film Competition of the Two Riversides Film and Art Festival, which took place in Kazimierz and Janowiec, Poland, between July 26th – August 3rd. The cinematographer – Ms Zuzanna Kernbach – was awarded by the Jury for “creating visual language equivalent to paradoxes of love: precise and wavering, airy and stuffy, sentimental and penetrating.”
