Presented earlier, among others, in Thessaloniki and Washington, “Mom Is Going Back” – a documentary short – tries to answer questions like whether it is possible to journey in place, and if one can replace the Himalayan amplitude with the Beskidian hills. Ever since Weronika was born – suffering from cerebral palsy, her mother Weronika struggles with these questions attempting to continue her previous passions in a new life with her daughter.
